About Me

Where the Pit Wall Meets the Driver's Seat

After 18 years at The LEGO Group and Procter & Gamble - leading teams across 11 APAC markets - I realised my real energy was always at the crossroads. The moments when leaders had to make hard decisions, teams had to adapt fast, and businesses had to move from strategy to action. That's the work I'd quietly been doing for years. In April 2026 I launched Crossroads Navigator Pte. Ltd. to do it full-time.

As Marketing & Commercial Director at The LEGO Group, I led multi-market turnarounds delivering 3× topline growth, 10× eCommerce scale, and some of the region's most iconic brand campaigns - including global partnerships with F1, Disney, McLaren, and BTS.

What's included in a Fractional engagement?
I embed in your leadership team for ~2 days a week over 3–6 months, owning the strategy, the team, and the commercial outcomes. Fixed monthly retainer with a quarterly review. I attend leadership meetings, drive cross-functional execution, and report into the CEO or board as agreed at the outset.
How is your AI training different from a generic AI workshop?
Most AI workshops show demos. Mine sends teams home with a working AI assistant they have built themselves and a workflow automation that runs in their actual business - not just slides. The training is grounded in AI implementation work I have done inside organisations, not theory.
Who is the right fit for a Fractional CMO/CGO engagement?
Scale-ups and regional businesses where the marketing or growth function needs senior leadership but doesn't yet justify a full-time C-level hire. Most often: $10M–$200M revenue, expanding across APAC, brand-led, or repositioning for the next stage of growth.
Do you customise keynotes for a specific audience?
Always. Every keynote is shaped to the audience's industry, current pressure points, and the organiser's specific outcome goal. A discovery call before the engagement is part of the prep - never one-size-fits-all delivery.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
Singapore-based. Routinely deliver across India, South-East Asia, Greater China, Japan/Korea, and ANZ. Remote keynotes are also available where in-person isn't viable.
What's the typical lead time?
Keynotes: 3–4 weeks. Workshops: 6–8 weeks (including customisation and pre-work). Fractional engagements typically start ~30 days from agreement.
